GoldenGate Assay - SNP genotyping (Mar/17/2006 )

Hi,

Has anyone used Illumina's GoldenGate assay before? for multiplex SNP genotyping..

Any help or tips will be greatly appreciated.

I did use GoldenGate assay- however it was customized for our project- it wasn't the assay Illumina offers.
It works very well.
