Hi I need a protocol .for a cylinder plate method. I am testing Amphotericin B againt Saccharomyyces cerevisiae and the USP method states a cylinder plate method.

Where is the cylinder also purchased (ie what vendor?) Thanks

I did and they just state that they used the method but do not discuss a protocol nor where material was obtained from
