Formulation of the Churchs' DNA hybridization solution? - (Mar/26/2001 )
Does anybody out there know the formulation of the Churchs' DNA hybridization solution? I understand it is a phosphate-buffered solution which uses 7% SDS as the sole blocking agent. Thanks!
