hi!!
Is it possible to see mycoplasma in culture cell only by optic microscopy??
We received a cell line, PCR was positive (more that our positive control), but the first day the aspect of the culture was correct. At passage 3 we saw near cells a very small black points, statics, no bacteries because the medium was clear. Then we though that this image correspon to mycoplasma, We will do also Hoechst (to confirm the + PCR). anybody konw more about mycos???
