Oligo dT or Anchored oligo dT? - is there a real differenence in RT efficiency? (Nov/02/2004 )
hi all,
I'll thank anyone who could tell me if there is a difference in RT efficiency if one uses the anchored oligo dT (i,e. dT18-A,C,G) or normal oligo dT (i,e. dT18)?
