Immunohistochemistry + x-gal-staining - (Dec/06/2005 )
Hallo!
Does anybody of you know whether x-gal-staining creates artifacts in following inmmunohistochemistry procedures (x-gal stained specimens aren't needed...) ?
The x-gal staining is used to sort out embryos with a genotype I'm not interested in....
