Does anyone know to predict bacterial promoters from a gene sequence?. If at all, what is the websites that help in bacterial promoter prediction?

bprom from softberry (https://linux1.softberry.com/berry.phtml), or just by looking for the best -35 and -10 consensus sequences near the start of the gene.
