Indian survey company - (Feb/18/2009 )

Since last week an indian survey company is calling several times a day. They always demand a person from the lab (they know our names and tel.numbers from our homepage). They want to do a "short" survey (one of us did it and it took more than 30min!!!!).
I now told them several times to stop imediately. I was nice, I was angry and finally I told them to inform the police. They call in different languages (german, french and english). Why can't they stop when told? No one wants to paricipate but they don't seem to understand. I also asked to be connected to their boss,but then they just hang up.

Damn them! What is the 'short' survey about?

Some medical stuff. They just call us because we have our labs in a hospital but we are not doing medical things just "normal" research.
I see. They should first obtain permission from the boss of the lab to involve anyone in the lab for any kind of survey then.

Our boss alredy told them to stop but they don't mind. Even if the person they call for tells them personally and directly to not call again, they don't mind. I know the persons calling are most probably just students earning some money but this is no excuse for this phone terror.
