Got any idea about structure prediction paper? - what is my choice? (Jun/09/2010 )

Dear All,

I had done some work on structure and function prediction, modelling of a hypothetical protein, as well as molecular docking study.

I heard there are very less journals willing to publish such results nowadays. I was wondering is there any chance of my work to be published.
Got any idea which journal I can try my luck? Thanks.

maybe an open source magazine?

THey have low impact scores, but its better then no publication at all.

or maybe a journal like the Journal of Chemometrics

Yeah, I don't really care about the much about impact factor score, even if is 0.1 will do. As long as ISI and scopus recognize it will do.
I will look into Journal of Chemometrics.

Beside this journal, what else would be my choice, anyone any idea?
