       Name (not necessary):  
       Nucleotide sequence without name:
    (case insensitive, all letters except agctuswrymkhbdvn are disregarded)


       

       Nucleotide sequence:
       Output: nucleotides in one line;
       display the initial sequence;
       display complementary sequence in 5' --> 3' direction;

       Translation:
       Output: aminoacids in one line, code:  
       Frame number:
        +1;     +2;     +3;     all
        -1;     -2;     -3;    

       Alignment:
       align amino acids sequences relative to nucleic acid.


    This program translate nucleic acid sequence. Rare codons may be displayed with "Search of rare codons in nucleotide sequence".

    For manipulations with nucleic acid sequence (reverse, reverse/complement, double stranded) it is possible to use Sequence Utilities program.
