There s a lot of mix up about microlitre and millilitre amounts to be added in the proceedure.the procedure also did not work out when it was carried out after a logistic arrival of the quantities to be added.kindly send me a proper sandardised protocol for the same as well for the plasmid isolation from M.tb.this is urgently needed for my work Sir.Thanking you
