| Product Description | "PurKine? Benzamidine Resin 4FF is effective for removal and/or affinity purification of trypsin, trypsin-like serine proteases, and zymogens including urokinase and prekallikrein from serum, monoclonal cell supernatants and bacterial lysates. The Resin consists of 90μm beads of cross-linked 4% agarose, to which aminobenzamidine has been coupled. The portfolio allow optimization of process for maximum protein yield, stability and solubility. Tests also confirm that no decrease in performance occurs after at least five repeated uses. The PurKine? Benzamidine Resin 4FF is also available as prepacked spin column and kit formats." |
