Tris-Acetate gels - How to make? (Jul/04/2005 )
Hi everyone
Has anyone here ever made Tris-Acetate protein gels? These gels are used to separate high molecular weight proteins. I've been attempting to make these gels for a while but I have been very unsuccessful since I do not know the proportions of the ingredients. Can anyone help?
I appreciate any suggestions or ideas.
