Hi, does any one know any good inducible expression system for human cell lines?

by far the one of the best is a tetracycline based inductible system. But i must admit i've no experience with such systems...

Yeah, that system was used in a quite a few studies that I've looked at.

I was wondering if any of you have had experience with it, and is it difficult to transfect into human cell lines? And which company is good?
