Genomic DNA versus cDNA sequences - (May/13/2005 )

Which software and how do i get genomic DNA and cDNA sequences of a gene?

You can do it from the Genome Browser Directly

genome.ucsc.edu

just type in the accession number or gene name, the browser will list the hits, select the one you are after then it will display the gene graphically then you click on the DNA menu where you can download the sequences of both and have it color coded!
