Protocol for IEF - (Mar/12/2005 )

Please help me find a detailed protocol for doing IEF using BioRad Protean MiniII gels (that is the only system we have).

the protean IEF system from biorad comes with a detailed protocol. if you don't have that, go to their website and you can dowload it from there.
