comparative modelling - free server? (Jan/08/2009 )

HI! everyone! greet everybody have a nice day first!

I am now conducting a project to construct 3D model of protein! can anybody tell me is there any free server that provide semi-automated homology/comparative modelling? that's mean i can do the choose the template and do the allignment myself, and after that just submit the allignment to the server for construct a 3D model!

Try modeler and or the genesilico group homepage ... not sure if the Jones group at UCL offer anything ... you may want to check there too.
