help, how to response this comment please? - (Nov/26/2008 )
my manuscript has been required to revise. But there is a comment is a little confusing to me.
line 267: Please restate: " . . . doses of 3 g/kg and 6 g/kg prevented loss of Conn.D and Tb.Th."
in line 267 of my manuscript, the sentence is:
"we observed that cod bone gelatin treatment at doses of 3 g/kg and 6 g/kg were able to increase Conn. D. and Tb.Th."
Dose he mean that i should restate my sentence to be "we observed that cod bone gelatin treatment at doses of 3 g/kg and 6 g/kg prevented loss of Conn.D and Tb.Th."?
or he want me to write this sentence, but just made a typing mistake?
thank you !

I do not think that a type error is commented: the "please restate"-sentence sounds like a suggestion to write instead of your original sentence; if the meaning of the suggestion is correct, you should write as proposed; maybe there is a misunderstanding of the effects of your treatments between the reviewer and the authors...
thanks!
