CD4 siRNA - (Sep/28/2008 )

Hi,

I am planning to knockdown CD4 in mammalian cell lines. I cannot find any validated CD4 siRNA. Can you please recommend the best company to order siRNA through? Or if anyone knows of a company that sells validated siRNA for CD4 or knows of a paper that published sequences for CD4 siRNA, that would be great.

From Sigma shRNA collection for CD4 you should be able to figure out the target sequence from the shRNA sequence http://www.sigmaaldrich.com/catalog/search...SHGLY-NM_000616

Or you can design your own targets. It is very easy and the chances are high that you get a functional target.
