Staining suspension cells for microscopy - (Jul/14/2008 )

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have a good protocol for immunofluorescence on suspension cells? People in the lab use the Cell Signaling protocol (http://www.cellsignal.com/support/protocols/IF.html) which works really well, but I'm not sure how to modify it for suspension cells.
