Where can i find a plasmid vector containing 35S promoter and Nos Terminator to clone my cDNA to Agrobacterium LBA4404 ?

Are you looking for a binary vector with a plant selectable marker? The pgreen plasmid will probably work well for your purposes (http://www.pgreen.ac.uk/a_pls_fr.htm). The site is hard to navigate but the group that runs it is very responsive and they can get you a plasmid customized for your exact needs. Even though they are in the UK, getting the MTA is not a problem if you are in the US.

That is true in the strictest sense, but pgreen users can readily customize their own constructs. The pgreen system is completely flexible... You can clone in any plant selectable marker (with any promoter) you want onto the pGreenII cassette. Thay also have many empty cassettes available (35S:Nos) etc. And if you know what you want beforehand they can often provide you with pre-assembled versions for many of the possible combinations that other users have already assembled. In other words, the only thing they won't do is clone your particular cDNA into an empty pgreen 35S cassette (you have to do that).
