Software for plasmid drawing - (Sep/08/2004 )

Hello every one,

I am looking for a good plasmid drawing program, I would appreciate if anyone could suggest me a good software for plasmid drawing (cloning vectors). I am very much confused as there are are so many software in the market and  I don't know which one is good.

I hope you would help me with this.
