Scaling up siRNA transfection - (May/27/2008 )

Hi ,

I have been transfecting siRNA in a 6 well plate using 100nm of the conc of the siRNA in total volume 2ml - into each well . I want to know how i can scale up the same to bigger plate or to a culture flask .
