Hi !
If, in HPLC, PMSF adsorbance interferes with my peak at 215 nm, what can I do, is possible to change protease inhibitor ?

it might be the phenyl group of PMSF which causes trouble; some use BSA to minimize unspecific binding to column matrix and to offer a substrate for proteases; other commercial protease ihibitors become expensive if used in larger amounts...
