How much DMSO is ok in an immunoprecipitation? - (Apr/14/2008 )

I had to dissolve a crosslinking agent and add it to my lysis buffer - it is now at 1.5%

I want to do an immunoprecipitation with my lysate but wondered if I would have to dilute my lysate first - so does DMSO interefere with IPs?
