New construction - for transcription factors (Jan/09/2008 )

Hi,
I'm studying the regulation of a gene of interest, I'm doing an activity assay to find out the promoter region and I thought of the idea of creating some expression plasmids with TF that I suspect might affect its regulation, is it to hard to generated a plasmid with the orf of c-jun for example?


what do you think?

I think it should be fine. It will be simple if there is some template to amplify it from.
I am not familiar with the c-jun but do you have any concerns about this protein?
