siRNA transfection of TWO targets simultaneously - Any experience/advice? (Oct/10/2007 )

Does anyone know how to block 2 targets simultaneously? Once you know how much siRNA to use of each to block expression, do you add to your double transfection 2X as much as the single or decrease the amount of each by half?

Actually am looking to do the same , let me know if you have any answers . What i am thinking is that usually for a single i take 100nm , so have decided to divide and see how the transfection and knockdown is affected. Let me know..thanks:)
