what is your recommended data statistical analysis software for thesis?

That depends on the kind of data you are working with. I really like GraphPad Prism for all laboratory work. Clinical Data can be easily managed with SPSS or SAS (however, you need some time to get used to these programs). SigmaStat isn't bad either.
But, as I said, your data defines the best software...

Labs use graph prism or sigma plot normally. Some labs have more complicated programs for confusing stuff.
