CsCl density for BAC purification - (Feb/19/2007 )

Hi,all:

I tried to purify the megaplasmid of around 140kb to get rid of contamination of chromosomal DNA.Dose any one have a similar protocol to purify the plasmid by CsCl gradient method,similar to BAC (>100Kb) ,or Ti plasmid purification.What the CsCl density should I use?
