Lab Technique Books for Beginners - (Dec/15/2006 )

I wanted to know if anyone know of any good books to learn westerns, 2-d , RNA extractionbasic theory of molecular biology and stuff. Just simple enough to get it done wihtout going too much into the theory.

ANy CD, DVD or videos which shows the the step by step process would be great.
