how to analyze facs results results - (Nov/07/2006 )

I want to make sure I'm analyzing my facs output in a proper way:
I'm doing over expression of GFP in liver cells and analyzing them in facs. In the facs
The pick in the control covers some of the treated samples pick. What is the point from which should count the cells. Is it where the picks intersect or is it where the pick of the control almost vanished.

Hi koko,
you not clearly tells here about in-vivo or invitro experiment any way you put here appropriate controlls. One -ve controlls where only cells incubated with media without GFP vector and one +ve controll and third one you samples, because you know two controlls required for FACS instrument setting.
