is it best to use uncoated flask to culture neural stem cell?

no, I don't think so.For example, coated flasks with collagen will help the proliferation of epidermal stem cells. It depends on whether the termed cells live in a microenvironment surronded by plenty of extracellular matrix.

What are you using for coating the flasks?
