What is the exact meaning of "Conting"? I would like to know more information.

I think you mean contig. I am sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but its the resulting sequence after you 'connect' a bunch of smaller sequences. So, its like when a genome is sequenced, its done by making a DNA library which is then sequenced. You take all the sequences generated from sequencing the library and connect them by looking for over-lapping regions. This makes a contig. Thankfully, there are some clever programs out there that do it for you! You input the sequences and it makes a contig for you.
