endotoxin removal problem - (Sep/19/2006 )

Hi all,
I’m working with a his tagged protein and trying to remove endotoxin (LPS) using Polymixins column. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get endotoxin-free protein because my protein binds to the column . I need endotoxin-free protein to do experiment in animal. Can anybody help?

Yes, but the problem is, - if you want to make really good technical support (and this is what I want to do!) you need detailed information (regarding the characteristics of the protein, the buffer-system, the desired application, …).

… and it is more difficult when you have a system which provides you a lot of possibilities.

- therefore I need this kind of information, - on the other hand I assume that no one want to reveal such kind of information within a forum.
