CD38+ immunomagnetic bead wanted - (Sep/17/2006 )
Dear All,
I would like to isolate CD34+ CD38- hematopoietic stem cell usin immunomagnetic separation.
I have got CD34 positive selection reagents and so I can select the CD34+ population. After that, I wish to perform a negative selection of the subpopulation CD34+ CD38- cell using CD38+ immunomagnetic bead. However, I cannot find any company supplying the CD38+ immunomagnetic bead. Anyone has idea?

Did u try MACS: Miltenyi Biotec. they have a range of products in this area. I am sure they have CD38 antibody for flow cytometry.

yes, MACS has CD38 antibody for flow cytometry but not for immunomagnetic separation... Thanks for your information.
