mouse IgE purification - (Jul/25/2006 )

Hi,

I'm trying to purify a mouse monoclonal IgE. It does not bind protein A/G or protein L. Does anyone know how to obtain the synthetic protein A TG19318, I believe it is sold as KAPTIV AE? I can't seem to contact the Italian company, Technogen. I guess I'll just make a anti-IgE resin if I can't get it.

since u r saying it is monoclonal, is int it a good idea to do with affinity purification process.
