How to extract hydrophobic proteins from yeast wall cells? - (Apr/30/2002 )

I look forward methods to extract hydrophobic proteins from yeast wall cells. I tried Triton X100 but it sounds that it is not that good help.
I'll be grateful to get any ideas, detailed protocols.
