single TMB substrate - (Nov/06/2001 )

How to stabilise TMB and Hydrogen Peroxide together?As a single substrate for ELISA.

I am using a commerically available TMB single solution that is ready-to-use. It already contains hydrogen peroxide so all you need to do is add this solution after the your HRP incubation/ wash.
It's one less thing to worry about while developing ELISAs.
