seems neomycin is the select marker. geo is galactosidase . becaues they detect the LacZ expression .

I am also looking for the vector map of beta geo and all that I could found is some papers that used the vector but didnt show restriction map.
Nevertheless, I believe this is the paper that made the construct . I couldnt read it because I dont have access to it
