pDNR vector - sequencing problems (Jan/19/2006 )

Hi...has anyone encountered problems sequencing inserts in pDNR derived vectors? I'd heard they can form secondary structures with inserts less than 1kb, meaning more template is required for cycle sequencing reactions?

Any comments.

It depends any pDONR you use? I am using pDNR207 and I using the oligos for sequencing!
