[32] phosphorylation hints needed! - (Jan/04/2006 )

Hi, I have just started to work with the phosphorylation [32P]. I have several questions & I would be deeply grateful if somebody would give me some hints. Should I always dry the gel? I cannot see any sharp bands just some dark pools? Does exposure of nitrocellulose to Kodak MR BioMax work, how long should I expose the film? I know that those are rather blunt and basic question however I would be grateful if somebody give me some advice. Best wish
