hello

I wanna treat phosphatase inhibitor to the cell line(B jab)

I want to use inhibitor which has broad activity against PP1 and PP2A also PTP(phosphotyrosine phosphatase)


how about calyculin or okadaic acid?
also is sodium vanadate cell permeable?

yes you can use sodium orthovanadate on your cells
i have inhibited tyrosine phosphatases (as seen by WB) with 0.1 to 0.5 mM for 16 h in normal complete medium
