BrdU cell proliferation assay - (Sep/21/2001 )
We look to use such a kit, but all the references we have for that state an incorporation time of 1 or 2 HOURS. We would like to use an incorporation time of 1 or 2 DAYS. (We inject living mice) Do you have any experience, references, publications with such incubation time, and relevant protocole to use in this way.Many thanks and kind regardsPierrePlease email answer directly to me.
