passive dye for ABI 7000 - (Nov/24/2005 )

Hi. I was wondering if I can use Fluorescein as passive dye in ABI prism 7000..(Am using SYBR green PCR mix from BioRad)

ABI 7000 is using ROX as the reference dyes.
BioRad is using Fluorescein as the reference dyes
LightCycler is uisng BSA.

So, you have to use ROX if you are using ABI7000.
