low amplitude peaks - (Oct/26/2005 )

After running a real-time to measure knockdown - my samples recorded low peaks which came in late (roughly 30th cycle). Would concentrating my sample or adding more help?

why is this a problem? you want to show knockdown, right? i don't understand why you want the Ct to be lower (I am assuming the peaks to which you refer are the amplification plots)

what is the usual Ct for your GOI?
