coagulation in SDSPAGE Sample buffer - SDS PAGE (Oct/26/2005 )

DeaR, I m isolating total cell proteins from bacillus for SDS PAGE. The problem i m facing is that when i add the sample buffer into the sample, it coagulates after snap cooling step.

It's because you add not enough laemmli 5X to your protein prep...
