Software for drawing illustrations - I need your help (May/24/2009 )

Hi All,

I am recording electric currents through two electrode voltage clamp in xenopus oocytes using the chart programme.
Then we need to take traces from that Chart programme using Intaglio software for Mac.

I want some alternative of Intaglio for PC, Does some one have any idea what software can i use for PC to copy traces from chart programme.

Golden Software Grapher has this option, although it would be overkill to buy this software just to track charts.

It seems there are also shareware programs with this function - search with keyword: graph digitizer.

Hey,

If its just taking the data, press print screen and copy it any drawing software and save as an image file.
