Deoxyribonuclease I - (May/15/2009 )

Morning, everybody!

I need to dilute DNase I, originally concentrated into 50-375 U/uL, into 1 U/uL.
How should I do it? No dilution buffer was supplied with the enzyme and the only instruction in the manual is to make a Storage Buffer.
Any tips?

thanks in advance

THe simplest DNase I storage buffer is 150 mM NaCl and 50% glycerol.

I´m aware of the storage buffer. What I´m interested in is a dilution buffer... should I use 150 mM NaCl and 50% glycerol to dilute the conc. enzyme?
