RNA Extraction & EMSA - (Feb/15/2009 )

Hi,

I want to extract RNA from tissue culture cells for EMSA can anybody describe (or outline the steps) in brief the procedure from extraction to EMSA?

I think that any extraction will do.
Once you have the RNA you have to mix in the protein and run it on a gel to see the shift.
