Lysis buffer preparation - (Feb/28/2017 )

Hi! I've to prepare 50ml of (Tris0.1M pH8/EDTA 0.1M/ NaCl 0.15M/1%SDS/2%Triton 100x) and I would like to know which is the correct order to add the reactives and prepare it.

in general, you can add them in any order. however, you should probably add the edta after the tris to ensure that it remains in solution. also, don't mix too vigorously after adding the sds and triton or you'll produce foam. i prefer adding detergents to the solution last.
